Twinkle Arora is an Indian actress and model who appears on Hindi television and is associated to the Punjabi music industry. She is well known for playing Nehmat Kaur Virk in Colors TV's Udaariyaan.[1]
Early life
Arora was born in New Delhi, India, on September 30, 1997. She completed her education from Punjab's SD Public School in Hoshiarpur. She earned a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Punjab's DAV College in Chandigarh. Simmi, Twinkle's mother, passed away from cancer in 2021.[2]
Career
Arora began her career in 2019 with the Gursaab song Wine Shade, and she then appeared in the films Canada Balliye, Road Map, Tainu Sunda Ni, and Golden Period. She also collaborated with The Kidd, Bhaana Sidhu, and KJatti on the song Doctor by Sidhu Moose Wala[3]
She appeared in the 2021 Punjab government advertisement Dear Lotteries alongside Mandeep Mani to promote the Punjab Lotteries. She has also contributed to Haryanvi songs such as Badnam Rahn De, Kale Ho Kale Ho,[4] Jatt Kahuga Kon, and Sahi Hai. Along with co-star Jaggie Rajgarh, she later appeared in the Punjabi online series Bewafa.
Arora made her television debut in 2022 with the Colors TV channel's airing of the TV show Udaariyaan. Along with Vivian Dsena, Hitesh Bharadwaj, and Rohit Purohit, she portrayed the character of Nehmat.[5]
Since 2025, Arora is playing the lead role of Aditi Bose in Star Plus series Jhanak.[6]
