Al-Jamiatul Islamiah Qasemul Uloom Charia, also known as Charia Madrasah, is one of the traditional Qawmi Madrasahs in Bangladesh. It is situated at Charia, Hathazari Upazila. The university is established with a view to preach and uphold the doctrine of Islamic belief, history and culture, in 1949.

- Primary Stage
- Preliminary knowledge in alphabet and habit of growing of usual reading.
- Secondary Stage
- Ilm-e-Nahu, Sarf, Adab (language and literature).
- Higher Secondary Stage
- Usul, Fiqh, Mantek, Fashat and Balagat.
- Final or Highest Stage
- Hadith, Tafsir, Ifta (Islamic law)
