Aldo Castellano
Aldo Castellano (Palermo, 1949 - Milano 2023) was an Italian professor at Politecnico di Milano.
Biography[edit]
Born in Palermo, Castellano gratuated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. He was a professor of History of Contemporary Architecture at the same Politecnico University.[1] He published studies on the history of architecture from the late Middle Ages to the Contemporary Era.[2] He participated at University conferences.[3] He was one of the founders of the Italian Society for Industrial Archeology and of Ruralia onlus and deputy director of the architecture magazine "L'Arca". Together with Eugenio Battisti[4] he curated the exhibition "Il luogo del lavoro. Dalla manualità al comando a distanza" for the XVII Triennale di Milano (1986).[5][6]
