Alex Alvarado (born February 17, 1995) is a Republican candidate for the Florida House of Representatives, 49th District,[1] which includes Orange County.
History
Alvarado was born in Miami, Florida and has resided in Florida his entire life. Alvarado graduated from Coral Reef Senior High School in 2013 and currently attends the University of Central Florida seeking his bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Intelligence and National Security. He served as a Congressional Intern[2] for Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, who represents Florida's 27th Congressional District, which covers Miami-Dade County and parts of Homestead. In 2016, Alvarado worked on Brandon Patty's campaign for the U.S. House of Representatives as a foreign affairs policy writer.
