Alexia Simone Umansky (born June 18, 1996)[1] is an American television personality and real estate agent. She has appeared as a main cast member on the Netflix reality television series Buying Beverly Hills since 2022.[2]

Early life[edit]

Alexia Simone Umansky was born in Los Angeles, California on June 18, 1996,[1][3] as the elder of three daughters to Kyle Richards, an actress, and Mauricio Umansky, a real estate broker. She has two sisters; Sophia and Portia Umansky, and an older maternal half-sister Farrah Brittany.[1][4] She is Jewish.[5]

Umansky attended Milken Community School from 2008 to 2014. She attended the University of Arizona, before transferring to Emerson College. She graduated in 2018, with her bachelor's degree in marketing communications.[6]

Family[edit]

Umansky's cousins through her aunt Kim Richards are Brooke Brinson, Whitney and Chad Davis, and Kimberly Jackson. She is also related to the Hilton family, through her aunt Kathy Hilton's marriage to uncle Richard Hilton; her cousins are Paris, Nicky, Barron, and Conrad Hilton III.[7][8] Her maternal grandparents were Ken Richards, a retired lieutenant colonel, and Kathleen Richards, a casting director. Her paternal grandparents are Eduardo Umansky, a clothing manufacturer, and Estella Sneider, a psychologist.[9]

Career[edit]

Umansky made her television debut in October 2010, on the Bravo reality television series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.[10][11][12]

Umansky has worked as a real estate agent at The Agency RE,[13] a global boutique real estate brokerage, based in Beverly Hills, California, which was co-founded by her father Mauricio Umansky, since 2018.[14] She is currently a junior agent.[15]

Umansky has appeared as a main cast member on the Netflix reality television series Buying Beverly Hills[16] since November 4, 2022. The series focuses on Umansky and the team, along with the clients at The Agency RE.[2]

Personal life[edit]

Umansky has been in a relationship with Jake Zingerman since November 2019.[17][18]

Umansky resides in Encino, Los Angeles with her parents and sisters.[19] Her parents separated in 2023.[20]
