Allways Jetlag 'AJ' is a clothing brand that represents an out-of-the-ordinary mindset and lifestyle. The brand name is inspired by the English term 'jetlag'. This term is used to define our ability to adapt to the disruption of our internal clocks when we make a transatlantic flight. This notion of jet lag corresponds to the concept of Allways Jetlag: to be always Jetlag implies constantly pushing back any negative thing in order to be able to succeed in life properly. Keeping the mood positive and keeping hope constantly is not a challenge by adopting the Allways Jetlag mindset and lifestyle. Hence AJ's motto: 'Free your mind and levitate. Experience Jetlag by your way of thinking, your way of acting and your way of dressing. Enjoy the simplest things in life when you feel weak, being raised spiritually and mentally.[1]

History

It was in 2012 in Libreville that Lysian 'Lysian' Mve Mve had the idea to create a concept around the term jetlag. Having visited and lived in several countries from the age of 6, he naturally felt jetlag in his way of thinking and behaving. In 2013, the brand set up in the United States, in Houston specifically. It was in 2016 that the brand expanded beyond a small circle. With the support of the Gabonese and Malian diaspora in Houston, Allways Jetlag is quickly becoming a respected and appreciated brand around the world. Through music, Lysian was able to promote the state of mind and lifestyle that the brand presents in France as well as in its country of origin, Gabon.[2]

Objectives

In order to establish a reputation for excellence, it is imperative to have a well-structured company with meticulously selected employees and team members. Thus, we intend to hire more people who share the same Allways Jetlag mindset in 2022. First of all, we intend to focus on France. In February 2021 we launched a challenge contest in France that gave the opportunity to 5 winners to get Allways Jetlag clothes for free. Through several promotional campaigns and the influence of Sara Sottani, a Tik Tok influencer, we have already been able to establish a clientele in Paris, Nice and Lyon mainly. France is the only market where we have a demand for clothing that exceeds the supply. To expand this clientele and satisfy the demand in France, we want to select a person able to represent Allways Jetlag in France. As a brand ambassador, this person will be responsible for directly and indirectly boosting sales of AJ clothing. By using their address book and social networks we hope to increase our clothing sales and have more influence in France. The brand ambassador in France will also be responsible for managing stocks and deliveries in Paris, Nice, Lyon and other cities in France. At the same time, we want to be able to establish partnerships or agreements with several stores in Houston, France and Gabon before opening our stores separately. The ideal would be to continue to develop and promote the brand properly while limiting our spending in general.[3]

Vision (short, medium, long term)

Allways Jetlag's vision is to become one of the biggest fashion brands without geographical or temporal limits by bringing together a multicultural and diverse world. We want to satisfy a clientele interested in street wear and high fashion at the same time. According to requests, we intend to develop Allways Jetlag for the creation of an ancillary brand only for high-end clothing.[4]

Strategies

In the short and medium term we want to promote the concept of Allways Jetlag worldwide through fashion and music mainly and advertisements through social networks. Also we constantly improve the value for money while reducing delivery times.

In the long term, we intend to diversify our products from clothing to gadgets and office instruments. We will also extend our reach beyond the basic borders where Jetlag was originally born.

While listening to our customers, we want to deepen our research to produce, print, ship and sell our garments constantly and quickly to achieve quality excellence and reduced delivery times.[5]
