Al Moosa Clinics (also known as the Al Moosa Clinics Group) is a healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. It was founded in 1969 by Hassan Al Moosa, a physician and entrepreneur who also established GulfDrug, a pharmaceutical distribution company.[1] The group operates facilities in Dubai and Sharjah, including a day surgery center, an aesthetic medicine clinic, a diagnostic laboratory, and a private medical center.[2]
History
The organization traces its roots to 1969, when Dr. Hassan Al Moosa established GulfDrug as a pharmaceutical importer serving clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals in the UAE.[3] Al Moosa Clinics was created as the family expanded into direct healthcare services.
Following Dr. Hassan Al Moosa’s death in 1996, management of the group passed to his sons, Zeyad Hassan Al Moosa and Rashad Hassan Al Moosa, who continue to hold senior positions.[4]
