Alpesh Kotadia is an Indian industrialist and realtor. He is based in the city of Surat, Gujarat. He is the chairman of the Green Group of Companies and the Executive Director of the Rajgreen Group of Companies.[1]
Career[edit]
With 30 years of experience, Kotadia has completed more than 20 real-estate development projects, building 9000 homes.[2] [3][4]
Business[edit]
Kotadia is involved in real estate and entertainment ventures. He worked on affordable living projects under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and a variety of luxury projects.[5][6][7]
In the entertainment industry he developed Amaazia Water-Park and is developing Amaazia Theme Park in association with Cartoon Network, Turner group, Amaazia Studio Apartments and Cabanas.[8]
Rajgreen Group[edit]
Rajgreen Group is known for the Amaazia Theme Park, India's First Cartoon Network Theme Park. Rajgreen Group is one of the fastest-growing business conglomerates in India. The park's development was estimated at US$26,327,500 (€25,000,000). Amaazia is planned to cover 16 acres (6.5 hectares).[9]
