Alpha Corp has multiple projects in different cities including Gurgaon, Meerut, Karnal, Amritsar,[5] Delhi and Ahmedabad. The key projects are:

On June 25 2019 Alpha Corp got Notice from the Karnal Municipal Corporation for allegedly encroaching 4-acre of government Land.[11]
Sponsorship[edit]
The first residential condominium project of Alpha Corp was launched in 2004. Morgan Stanley made an investment worth US$65 Million in 2006 followed by an investment of US$70 Million in n 2007. In November 2015, The Blackstone Group also invested in Alpha Corp Development PVT LTD.[12][13]
