Karrm Infrastructure was founded in 2004 with its headquarters located in Vikhroli West, Mumbai, India.[4] The company has been in the real estate development sector for over 11 years with major projects in Thane, Mumbai.[5][6] Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi has been a promoter and partner in the firm since inception.[7][8]

In 2016, Karrm Infrastructure led by Vivek Oberoi launched a low income housing project in Shahapur, Maharashtra that consists of 500,000 homes under the project name; "Mission 360".[9][10] The project aims at providing hygienic and affordable accommodation to the low-income population of India.[9][11]

From 2005 to 2016, Karrm Infrastructure constructed 3 million square feet of projects.[12][13]
