Altair4 Multimedia is an Italian art studio established in 1995 by Alessandro Furlan.[1] The company has provided content for Rai, the BBC and National Geographic, and has exhibits in the British Museum and the Louvre.[2][3][4] The company uses multimedia technology to create interactive museum exhibitions about art, history and cultural heritage.[5] The company specialises in 3D archaeological reconstructions and creates content for museums, television, the Internet, and interactive applications. The workshop manufactures interactive systems for the web and DVDs that include simulations, animations, virtual environments, and tours. The company also creates 2D and 3D graphics, as well as software tools.[5]
