AltexSoft specializes in software solution development, UX/UI design, technology consulting, data science, and machine learning. The main domain expertises are travel, transportation, and finance. The company is Microsoft Gold Partner. Since 2020, AltexSoft has been a Sabre Authorized developer. Company’s employees have such certifications as Magento Certified Developer, AWS, ISTQB, mongoDB, PMP, IBI Agile Analysis, IREB. The company’s portfolio includes clients from travel, transportation, eCommerce, and healthcare.

In 2014, the company became[4] a member of Lviv IT-Cluster. In 2015, AltexSoft co-founded Kharkiv IT-Cluster that promotes the IT industry in the region and cooperates with local authorities to improve the business climate. Oleksandr Medovoi[5], President & CEO of AltexSoft, is the head of the supervisory board at Kharkiv IT Cluster[6]
Tech community development[edit]
In 2014, AltexSoft held the first international conference on AI and data science AI Ukraine[7] that took place in Kharkiv. Since 2018, the conference has been held in Kyiv. From 2013 to 2019, the company held IT-Prospective conference[8] on software development and engineering. Since 2014, the conference had been supported by Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University.
Since 2015, AltexSoft has been holding a free programming course AltexSoft Lab[9], a project launched in cooperation with Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University, helping students to start their careers in IT.
In January, 2021 AltexSoft took part in a virtual Ukrainian trade mission to the UK[10], organized by Sigma Software.
