Alyana Rehabilitation Center is an organization that has been working in the addiction field since 2010.It is based in Kolkata. It is an ISO Certified Organization. Alyana gives therapeutic treatment to the drug addicts, alcoholics and patients with psychological disorders. This is the only rehabilitation center in the whole eastern India registered under WHO (World Health Organization). It is the only rehabilitation center in Kolkata with proper infrastructure required for treatment of the addicts and psychological disordered patients. The center is popular for it's extremely homely atmosphere and functions like a closely knit family. The center is surrounded with beautiful garden and a positive energy is always flowing. It has a well equipped Gym and Library. The trained and experienced staff of Alyana who mainly comprised of recovering addicts and old alumni's of the organization act as mentors to the patients. Alyana has an experienced team of Doctors, Psychologist, Counselors, Life Coaches, Psychiatrists and Other Therapists. Alyana has an unique way of treatment which incorporates Vocational Training, Meditation, Yoga, Theater Therapy, Music Therapy, Dance Therapy and Counselling which help in character development of the patients and keep them mentally as well as physically occupied. The founder of Alyana Rehabilitation Center is Mr. Avijit Roy who himself is a recovering addict and imminent social activist. Mr. Avijit Roy himself is a Professional Certified Life Coach and has been a part of De Addiction field for more than 20 years. Alyana has treated patients from not only West Bengal, but from many other parts of rural and urban India. Not only that, but the Board of Alyana are largely focused on future expansion in the other States as well.
