Aman Chopra is an Indian news anchor.[1] and journalist working with Hindi news network News 18 as a Senior Executive Editor[2]. Chopra also worked for Zee News[3].
Career[edit]
Currently, Chopra is hosting debate show Desh Nahin Jhukne Denge on News 18 India[4][5]. Previously, Chopra done number of shows with Zee News such as Taal Thok Ke[6]and DNA[7].
Controversies[edit]
In 2017, Congress workers attack on Zee News journalists including Chopra for asking questions about Hardik Patel's sex CDs during filming the show Game Of Gujrat[8][9]. In January 2021, Hamid Ansari left Chopra's show for asking some counter secular questions on Zee News after which #WellDoneAmanChopra started trending on Twitter[3][10]. In October 2021, Chopra twitter account was suspended for 12 hours for his show topic title "Singhu ko Syria Kisne Banaya[11]" (English: "Who made Singhu Syria?"), After which #BringBackAmanChopra started trending on Twitter[12][13]
