Amazon Kids is a subscription that gives children access to TV shows, games, movies, music and videos. It allows parents to exercise a greater degree of control over their children's devices and content, and provides access to a huge library of age-appropriate books, talk and more.
It is a software that is compatible with Amazon devices – such as Fire or Kindle tablets, as well as Amazon Fire TV Stick and Amazon Echo – as well as devices running Android, iOS and Chrome OS. It allows parents to adjust and control the user experience to be more suitable for children.
Amazon Kids+
Amazon Kids+ is an all-in-one subscription that gives kids access to thousands of kid-friendly books, movies, TV shows, educational apps, and games on compatible Fire, Fire TV, Android, iOS and Kindle devices. Plus, kids can enjoy hundreds of hours of fun with ad-free radio stations and playlists, and a growing list of premium kid’s skills available on compatible Echo devices.
History

It was launched in 2012 with Kids+ under the names Amazon FreeTime and FreeTime Unlimited. Then, in Fall 2020, it was renamed to Amazon Kids and Kids+.
