Amelia Boomker
Amelia Boomker is a former Guiness World Record holder for breast milk donation.[1] She donated 16,321 fluid ounces of milk, 128 gallons, to the Indiana Mothers’ Milk Bank from February 2008 to September 2013 and officially set the record on February 28, 2014 leaving behind Karen Merheb of Dallas, Texas, who gave 14,243 fl oz and Alicia Richman of Granbury, Texas, who donated 11,115 fl oz.[2][3]
Personal life[edit]
Amelia was never able to successfully breast-feed her own four boys.[4] She is an IT professional and lives in Bolingbrook, Illinois with her four sons. She claims to have donated even bigger amount, 7000 ounces to another milk bank. However, her donation was not officially documented.[5]
