Anant Yardi is an Indian-American software magnate, entrepreneur, businessman, and chief executive officer.[1] He is the founder of Yardi Systems, a software company, and the chief executive officer of WeWork.[2][3][4] Yardi is an alumnus of IIT Delhi.[5][6][7]

Anant Yardi completed his graduation with a Bachelor of Technology at IIT Delhi, New Delhi.[1][8] Later, he earned a Master of Science in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.[1]
Career[edit]
Anant Yardi moved to the United States in 1968 and started his career at Burroughs Corporation, where he was responsible for developing programming methodologies and directing systems development.[9] After 14 years, he founded Yardi Systems in 1982.[9] His company sells property management software to commercial and residential landlords.[9] Currently, he is serving as the CEO of WeWork since 30 May 2024.[1]
