André Rafael dos Santos is an entrepreneur, author, business speaker and known for being the founder of High Profile Club.[1][2]
Early Life, Education and Career[edit]
Rafael dos Santos was born in Itajai, in the southern state of Santa Catarina in Brazil and completed his schooling and graduation from Fortec, Sao Vicente. Later he moved to São Paulo City to complete his higher degree in Front End Development, but left the courseand moved to London in December 2000. In the early days, he worked in bars and restaurants in London.[3][4] In 2003 he launched his first rent to rent business.[5][6]
In 2013 he wrote and published the book Moving Abroad One Step at A Time.[7]
In 2015 Santos launched Migrant Business Accelerator business programme,[8] to help migrants to start their businesses in London. In 2016 Santos co-authored Migrant Entrepreneurs, The Benefits to Britain report,[9] which was commissioned by the Institute of Directors and endorsed by Lord Young of Graffan.[10] The report was launched at the Houses of Parliament hosted by MP Neil Coyle.[11]
In 2016 he started studying his MBA and completed his masters from Henley Business School, University of Reading in 2018.[12]
In 2019, Santos organised the 5th Migrant Business Show and the Migrant Entrepreneur Awards, which took place at the Houses of Parliament with MP Andrew Rosindell being the guest of honour.[13][14]
