Andrea Amati (born 7 June 1974) is an Italian cricketer.[1][2] An opening batsman, useful change bowler and extremely reliable fielder, Andrea was the first Italian born player to score a century when he reached three figures against Hanau in the 1989 Durham festival.
Amati made his debut for Italy in the inaugural European Champships against Ireland, top scoring with 17 runs for Italy [3]. He also played in Italy's only ICC Thropy in 1997.
