Andrew Miko Bursiaga (born 8 May 2000) is an American actor, filmmaker, and producer. He began acting in theater from 2013 to 2018 in the state of Colorado and Montana. By 2018, Andrew has starred in The Winter Hitman[1] (2018), Done with This[2] (2018), and My Fear[3] (2018).
Early life[edit]
Andrew Miko Bursiaga[4] was born on 8 May 2000 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the son of Jose Bursiaga and Julia Bursiaga and brother to his younger sister Jocelyn Bursiaga. His father is a retired Senior master sergeant of the United States Air Force; his mother is a current member of the United States Air Force as a Master sergeant. He attended high school at Falcon High School and Charles M. Russel High School during his acting career.[5]
Career[edit]
From 2013 to 2018, Andrew starred as characters such as Jack Wilkins in The Lottery, Carlino in Wait Until Dark and Chip on Shoulder about weight in Emotional Baggage. In 2018, Bursiaga was cast as Black Snow in the short film The Winter Hitman, and the bad friend in Done With This. in 2019, Bursiaga then started production on the feature film, Poisoned State which is still currently under development.
In 2019, he began his production career and worked on shows such as the Critics' Choice Movie Awards[6] (2020), Breakthrough Prize Event[7] (2020), and the upcoming Marvel movie Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings[8] (2021).
In 2020, it was announced that Bursiaga's next film role will be Princess of Calamity/Rex in the 2021 action/musical film Sophie and the Serial Killers.[10]
Personal life[edit]
Bursiaga was raised in a military family alongside his sister. He lived in California for most of his life but had lived in Colorado and Montana for his middle school and high school years due to military orders.
