Andriea Denise (born Andriea Denise Lee; July 27, 1983) is an American author, educator, singer/songwriter, and philanthropist. She is primarily known for her books on spirituality and mindfulness. Andriea is the founder and CEO of Write Mind, LLC, a multimedia publishing company.
Life and Career[edit]
Denise was born on July 27, 1983, in Indianapolis, IN, as Andriea Denise Lee. She is the daughter of Elvina Lee, a data entry specialist, and Anthony Lee, Sr., a project manager for Rolls-Royce, who were both majorly influential her life. Her parents are devout Christians who raised her in a Baptist church. She attended Indiana University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois. She married, in 2009, to her then business partner. Denise and her husband made up a Soul Fusion duo, and performed together singing Soul/R&B music for more than 10 years. Denise and Ishman divorced in 2018.
Denise has owned and operated several businesses since 1998, including an entertainment company and a graphic design and small business consulting firm. In 2015, she founded what is now known as The Write Mind Studio [1], an online hub for self-improvement resources.
