Andy Elerewe is a Nigerian entrepreneur and the president of the Minifootball Association of Nigeria[1][2] He is also the chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria’s chapter.[3]

Background and education[edit]

Elewere is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University.[4] He also attained a Master of Business Administration from University of Chichester.[5] He lost his mother, Emilola Elerewe in late 2020,[6] and she was buried in 2021.[7]

Career[edit]

Elewere is the immediate past chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria’s chapter.[4][8] During his tenure, he emphasized the need for government to view real estate developers as strategic partners in housing delivery. He also highlighted collaboration, strengthening membership, addressing finance challenges, and the impact of a recent policy restricting approvals.[9][10]

He is also the president of the Minifootball Association of Nigeria (MAN).[2]

He was admitted into the fellowship of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) in 2021,[5] by the chairman of theNigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).[11] He was conferred with the fellowship alongside his wife, Benedicta .[12] He is the CEO of AIBEN Investments, a company which invested $30 million in Nigerian real estate to create jobs and address the housing deficit in 2018.[13][14][15] His company, AIBEN, has also handled projects for American University of Nigeria and along the Ibeju-Lekki axis.[16]He was the keynote speaker at the event to mark the launching of Naskaxe homes for the underprivileged.[17]
