Anil Gupta (born 24 May 1959)[1] is an Indian businessman, philanthropist and business strategist. Currently, he is holding the post of Chairman cum Managing Director of KEI Industries Ltd.[2] This company deals in cable and wiring solutions[3] and has its operations running across the length and breadth of India. Mr Gupta is associated with the management and implementation of marketing policies, management of production, quality control, and new product development.
Early life[edit]
Anil Gupta started his career with Krishna Electrical Industries, which was formed in 1968. This firm took a big leap in 1993 when it became a public limited company. Mr. Anil Gupta became the Managing Director[4] of this new company. Since then, he is holding the helm of this company. Now popular as KEI, this company is constantly growing and clocking a stable growth in cable and wiring industry segment.
