Aniruddha Roy (Bangla: অনিরুদ্ধ রায়) also known as Aniroy is an Indian music composer, multi-instrumentalist, music producer who mainly performs Electronic music, pop music, symphony, Indian, tribal and fusion music.
Early Life
Aniruddha Roy was born on 15 January 1997 in a Bengali Family in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. He received his initial training from Mr. Samir. As a child, he has an inclination towards music. He got his training in Piano and keyboard from Mr. K.Rao in Sangeet Samaj, Telco, Jamshedpur. During his schooling in Kendriya Vidyalaya Tatanagar, he had an urge to play the percussions which led him to be a part of the School band where he used to play the percussions such as Congo, Bongo & Dholak. He had represented School Band in Cluster and regional level Competitions. In 2013, he got selected for National Adventure Camp which successfully completed with Grade ‘A’ Certification.

Aniruddha Roy has started performing professionally in various gigs and concerts at the age of 16. He has played his first International concert at Hanseo University, Seoul, South Korea in 2016. He has also performed in Honbeopsa, Busan, South Korea in 2016 & 2017, and Seinan Gakuin University, Fukuoka, Japan in 2017. In 2016, he was associated with a Bangla Band named Crossroads+ and got featured in Aprokashito 2 episode 18. This season has also featured eminent artists like Anupam Roy, Joy Sarkar and Sidhu to name a few. He has also worked with Jharka Production of Padmashree Awardee Film Maker Shri Nilamadhab Panda for a special Rap song “Kalinga Pua – Biju Babu Rap Song” on Great Freedom Fighter of India Shri Biju Patnaik popularly known as Biju Babu.

Aniruddha Roy is an Indian Singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer. He has independent music projects such as Tribe Within, Ye Kaise Hua feat. Sougata Paul Choudhury and Just Hop. He also has some Collaborative works such as Brij Dhaam with Sadakat Aman Khan and Ab Na Manoon Todi Batiyan with Ustad Sahadat Rana Khan and Sadakat Amana Khan. He is also an author in the field of music. He is also the Founder and director of Kalinga Avatar – Indian Tribal Choir under the mentorship of Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences and M.P Lok Sabha.
