Career[edit]
Anndy Lian is an all-rounded business strategist with more than 15 years of experience in Asia. He has provided advisory across a variety of industries for local, international, and public listed companies.[1]. He is an early blockchain adopter and experienced serial entrepreneur who is known for his work in the government sector.
Lian is currently the Chief Digital Advisor at Mongolia Productivity Organization[2] and Advisor and Head of Partners at Bybit[3]. He also served as the Chairman of BigONE Exchange[4] and the Advisory Board Member for Hyundai DAC[5], the blockchain arm of South Korea’s largest car manufacturer Hyundai Motor Group.
He played a pivotal role as the Blockchain Advisor for Asian Productivity Organisation (APO)[6], an intergovernmental organization committed to improving productivity in the Asia-Pacific region. Lian also worked alongside policymakers, private sector decision-makers, and experts to create business value propositions for different industries.

Awards and Recognition[edit]
In 2022, he was awarded an Honorary Doctoral Degree by the Academic Council of Ulaanbaatar Erdem University in recognition of his contribution to the development of productivity science in Mongolia[9]
