Antsy Labs is a product design and tabletop game publishing studio based in Denver, Colorado. The studio is most well-known for its product Fidget Cube[1], which was released in August of 2016 on Kickstarter and became the second most-backed project in crowdfunding history.[2]

History[edit]

Founded in 2015 by brothers Matthew McLachlan and Mark McLachlan, Antsy Labs distributes its products worldwide.[3]

Products[edit]

  • Storm the Gate, a tabletop dexterity game, was first launched on Kickstarter under the Antsy Labs brand (prior to the company's official 2015 launch) in 2013.[4]
  • In 2015, the studio released Duet, a hybrid charging station for the iPhone and Apple Watch.[5]
  • Fidget Cube was launched on August 31, 2016 on Kickstarter[6], raising a total of $6,465,690 in funding from 154,926 backers.[7]
  • In 2018, Antsy Labs released PIXL, a magnetic building block system.[8]
