Apex University was established by Sanjay Shiksha Samiti in the Indian state of Rajasthan's capital, Jaipur. The University was established under Rajasthan State Legislature Act No. 27 of 2018. It is a Private university recognised by the University Grants Commission under section 2(f).[1] [2]
