Aqua Parios (born July 11, 1996), is an American fashion model signed to Vision Los Angeles and Heroes NYC. Known for her curly hair and beautiful runway walk, Aqua has been listed on Models.com as one of the top models in the fashion industry.
Career[edit]
Aqua was discovered summer 2012 Phoenix, Arizona after high school cheerleading practice by Terri Camberlango (Owner of [1] The Agency Arizona.) Straight out of high school she moved to New York City to pursue her career.
On the runway Parios has walked for marc Jacobs.[1], Narciso Rodriguez[2], Anthony Vaccarello[3], Prabal Gurung[4], Ralph and Russo[5] , Jean-Paul Gaultier[6], Jonathan Simkhai[7], Roland Mouret [8], Etam Live show[9], Giorgio Armani[10], Schiaparelli [11], Tommy Hilfiger collaboration "TommyxZendaya" , and many others.
Just shortly after moving from Arizona to New York to pursue modeling, Aqua became the face of American eagle's Denim Revolution AD Campaign in 2016[12]
She was featured in WWD [13] and "Watch This Face"[14] Harper's Bazaar April 24, 2017. After her prominent show season, she caught the eye of Diane von Furstenberg and was featured in the #DVFGirl [15] project as well as being involved in other projects alongside Diane such as International Women's Day[16]. Aqua was then featured in the 2018 Gap Holiday[17] campaign. Her most recent AD campaign is Oliver Peoples eyewear.
Personal Life[edit]
Aqua was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and was named after her grandfather's own composition "The Sea of Love" 1959 - Phil Phillips. She is of Afro-Amercian/Japanese Decent. She grew up in Phoenix Arizona and moved to NYC after completing high school.
She has done volunteer work through Pencils of promise.[18]
Selena Forrest and Aqua took to Instagram Thanksgiving of 2018 to announce their engagement.
