Arif Khan is a US-based Singaporean entrepreneur and founder of the Artificial Intelligence company, Alethea AI.[1][2][3][4][5]
Career
In 2021, Arif founded Alethea AI with the concept of intelligent NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens).[6][7] This concept combined artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to turn NFTs into AI personalities which could interact with the user and have multiple traits that correspond to their use and therefore become more intuitive for human users.[8][9][10][11]
Alethea AI became the first company to sell an Intelligent NFT by the name of “Alice” at Sotheby’s for $478,800 in July 2021.[12][13][14][15]
One of the notable companies he joined in his early career was LinkedIn.[13][16] He became an Account Director and led LinkedIn’s expansion and large-scale ventures into South-East Asia.[13][17][18][19]
Arif has received coverage in mainstream media as a notable AI expert including Zima Red,[20][21] Coin Telegraph,[22][23] Coin Desk,[24] India Mag,[25] Korea IT Times,[8] and VentureBeat[26] among others.[27][28][29][30]
