Art Data is a specialist art book distributor.
Founded by Tim Borton in 1978[1], Art Data specializes in the distribution of art books. They distribute publications for independent publishers and companies including Four Corners Books, Sternberg Press, Rough Trade Books, The Architectural Association, A.D.A.Edita Tokyo, CentreCentre, the Pompidou Centre, Fruitmarket Gallery, Edinburgh and Nottingham Contemporary, The White Cube, Gagosian Gallery and the Prada Foundation[2]. Books
Art Data distributes non-fiction art books. The company has over 10,000 titles available on its website[2] including In the End, It Was All About Love written by Musa Okwonga, A Dictionary of Color Combinations based on the work of Sanzo Wada and I'M A FAN written by Sheena Patel.
The Artdata New Titles blog, first released in 2011, documents the books being distributed by the company.[4]
