Artemest is an Italy-based e-commerce company, with its headquarters in Milan, Italy. Artemest sells home decor products, furniture, lighting and personal luxury goods in more than 60 countries.[1][2][3][4]

Artemest was established in 2015 by jewelry designer, Ippolita Rostagno, and Marco Credendino to showcase the work of over 230 Italian artisans working with marble, ceramics, Murano glass and precious metals.[2][5][4][6][7]
In October 2015, Artemest’s online platform was launched in the USA, and it was reported to have 1500 products on it.[1][8]
In February 2017, the company raised $1.2 million in its seed funding round from IAG (Italian Angels for Growth).[2][9][10][3]
In June 2017, Artemest partnered with Maison Assouline for the former’s UK launch.[11][12][13]
Platform[edit]
This website presents a selection of products from manufacturers across Italy. The site is reported to feature more than 7,000 luxury home decor products and pieces of high-end furniture.[13][14]
The main objective of the company is said support local artisans and help them survive the global market by providing them marketing, logistic and product development support.[5] This platform allows the clients to contact the artisans directly to enable creatives such as interior designs and architects to find right designs for their spaces.[15]
