Asad Jabal
Asad Jabal is a Pakistani television director and writer. He is known for directing various Urdu language television series. His popular serials include Mera Rab Waris, Fitrat and Malaal e Yaar.[1][2][3]
Career
He started his career from PTV as a director and later worked as a writer and director of photography also.[2]
He rose to prominence with family drama Parchayee. He directed Mera Rab Waris under the production banner of 7th Sky Entertainment which revolves around two contrasting individuals in their religious views.[1][4] In 2019, he received praise for directing Malaal-e-Yaar, based on the subject of feudalism, followed by Fitrat which was a commercial success.[3][5]
