Aspen Woolf was founded in 2005 and incorporated in 2006. [1] Their initial focus was on the emerging markets of Eastern Europe and South America where they secured their first development site – the Pipa Centro resort spa in Northern Brazil. [2]
In recent years, they have focused on commercial, residential and purpose built student property in the UK and Dubai. [3] In the Middle East, they have helped investors in the UAE purchase properties in Brazil. [4]
