Assessment Fund (Af) is an investment company that invests in, and incubate technologies that are geared towards solving tomorrow’s challenges of evidence-based workforce development. Its best-known ventures are HireLabs, Tested Talent Services, Assessment Hub, Employability Test and Asia Strategy Group (ASG).
Assessment Fund was founded by Saleem Qureshi to solve tomorrow’s challenges of evidence-based workforce development. It was incorporated as Assessment Fund in 2013.
AF is one of the few companies working towards workforce development. Saleem Qureshi has been writing several articles on the increased global unemployment [1] and the way forward to up-skill the labor market.[2]
The increased unemployment rates during the crisis has resulted in stunted skill development in several population clusters. As a result, corporations continue to face skill shortages, meanwhile governments struggle to find success to up-skill their labor markets.
