Asset Homes, a CRISIL.[1] DA-2 rated Real estate developer headquartered in Kochi, India founded by V. Sunil Kumar[2] in 2006. Asset Homes developed residential projects in Kerala such as Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Kannur, Kottayam, Kollam and Pathanamthitta. In April, Asset proposed new residential projects across Kerala worth ₹925 crore[3] [4].
