AtYourGate is a San Diego-based startup company providing food delivery within airport terminals. The company was founded in 2018[1] and uses semi-automated Gita robots assisting delivery personnel for its deliveries in certain airports.[2] The robots can carry up to 40 pounds and follow a human employee via Bluetooth and visual sensors while making their deliveries.[3] The company's use of robot delivery has been promoted as a form of contactless dining.[4]
