Atheist violence
Atheist violence is the commiting of violence motivated by militant atheism, anti-theism, or anti—clericalism, as opposed to Religious violence.
Noteable examples of atheist violence include the Reign of Terror, The persecution and execution of millions of religious people in the Soviet Union, the mass hangings of Catholics in Mexico during the Mexican revolution, the mass killing of religious civilians in Spain by anti—theist Marxist sympathizers during the Spanish Civil War, and the Cambodian genocide under Democratic Kampuchea led by Pol Pot.
