Atul Kumar (born 29 August 1995), is an Indian writer or Screenwriter and Health professional.[6] Atul Kumar made India proud by writing book on the Digital India campaign, making people aware about Digital Life. He also describe features of a national Digital Identity card.[7][8]

He also write some research on public health specially on Health and wellness centers.[9][10][11]
