Aung Hlaing Win (born 19 September 1995) is a footballer from Burma, and a midfielder for Shan United. He was a captain for Sagaing United since 2018. He played for Sagaing United until the end of the 2019 MNL season, after that he moved to Hanthawaddy United.

He played as a play-maker and had a main role at Sagaing United, and showed his impressive midfielder skills.
Hanthawaddy United
At the end of 2019, he transferred to Hanthawaddy United for a new challenge and to become a Myanmar National Senior team player.
