Auto Parts Warehouse (APW) is an American online retailer specializing in automotive parts and accessories for cars, vans, trucks, and sport utility vehicles. Founded in 1995, Auto Parts Warehouse began as a small-scale auto parts distributor in California.[1] It evolved into a large-scale e-commerce platform for the automotive aftermarket.

In April 2020, Auto Parts Warehouse merged into CarParts.[2]
