Early life
Aidas Arciakov[1] (born 24 February 1999), better known by their stage name Axdas , is a musician, actor, photographer, entrepreneur and graphic designer based in the Royal Borough of Greenwich in South East London.[2] Axdas was born in a small town based in the centre of Lithuania, Kedainiai city. Axdas's first foray into music began at school where they played the piano in local Kedainiai events. Whilst moving into London they had started a partnership with media production company SP Studios founded by - John Shownmi. John introduced them to urban culture as well as hip hop and alternative genres of music and during their teens, it became their most prominent genre of interest.
Biography
Their work in this space ultimately resulted in them befriending and collaborating with rapper Shojon[3]. A Shojon is credited with giving Axdas their first mainstream moment by bringing the 16-year-old Axdas on the interviews and filming of music videos as well as behind scenes such as the release “On The Low[4]” but particularly on to recording session at SP Studios[5]. Around this time they also released their first Alternative RnB single “Rest In Peace” [6]
Whilst working together with SP Studios, Axdas spent the last few years studying songwriting, photography, videography, record engineering while at the same time working a full-time position as Store Manager at one of the major stores in London “Primark” until the first global lockdown. After a while they started new job position as a Customer Team Member also referred as - CTM role at the supermarket Co-op. During past several years they had appeared on 2019 TV series South Beast [7] (2019) During the challenging pandemic of COVID-19, he also has announced an upcoming very first alternatives album which was to be titled as "Demons Won't Stop Follow". Axdas had announced that the album was to be released at the end of September but unfortunately, the release has been delayed and will be released in 22nd of January due to Aidas being stabbed in the Burgess Park[8] and becoming the victim of London Knife Crime Throughout their most important year 2019-2020, they had been on the casting for the short film titled as "The Mouse" (2021) which recently been completed and will be Featuring at the beginning of 2022.
