Ayden William Eckert-Reid (born December 10 2002), known professionally as Ayden Eckert, is a Canadian singer, songwriter, guitarist, and pianist.
Eckert sings lead and plays guitar for his band, Ayden Eckert and the Time Travellers, in addition to writing or co-writing many of the band's songs. The band is known for their performances at the Maverick High School Coffeéhouse's from 2018 through 2021.
Early life[edit]
Ayden Eckert was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada. His father, Steven James Reid, was a Canadian from Moosomin, Saskatchewan, Canada, and his mother, Bodean Eckert, is a Canadian, from Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Eckert was raised by his mother in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada, living in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada, he is attending and planning to graduate from Maverick High School, an alterntive high school in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada.
While Eckert was attending Maverick High School, Eckert entered the music program and there is where he made friends with Zacky Hyde, Tristan Mitchell, Griffin Funk, Nolan Duzan, Scott Hunter, Chris Davison, Bailey Padley, Glenna Switzer, and Stacy Tinant who help start and create his present band, Ayden Eckert and the Time Travellers.

Eckert came out publicly as gay in 2017. His is proud to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community. He has always supported the LGBTIA+ community. He prefers the pronouns he, him, they, and them. He identifies as a feminine male.

Personal life[edit]
Eckert lives with his family in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada. He plans to move to Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada when he is done university.
