Ayuli Jemide
Ayuli Jemide (Born 24, August 1966) is a Nigerian Lawyer who is the Founder and Lead Partner of Detail Commercial Solicitors Nigeria's first commercial solicitor firm to specialize exclusively in non-court room practice.

Early Life and Education[edit]
Ayuli had his secondary school education at the Federal Government College, Enugu, after which, he proceeded to study law at the University of Benin, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree in 1987, and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 1988. He also obtained a Master of Laws degree from the Northwestern University, Illinois, United States in 2007 and a post graduate certificate in business administration from the IE Business School, Spain.
Career[edit]
In 2003, Ayuli set up Detail Commercial Solicitors, Nigeria's first commercial solicitors firm to specialize in exclusively non-court room practice. He is an avid public speaker at various conferences and forums. He is a regular facilitator at the Lagos Business School's Center for Infrastructure, Policy, Regulation and Advancement (CIPRA) which is devoted to research, training and advocacy in infrastructure development. He teaches topics related to procurement, PPP negotiations and project finance. Over the years Ayuli has garnered working knowledge on cognate subject matters, including: Accounting, Banking, Finance - structured; projects; private equity and funds, Procurement - private and public, Government, government agencies and regulatory frameworks, Financial Inclusion and Payment Systems, Corporate Governance and Investments.
