Dr B. D. Yadav is a retired academic, head of department (May 1, 1999-Apr 30, 2002) & (May 01, 2005-Apr 30, 2008) and Dean from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.[1] He has written a book on Ranbir Singh Hooda, the last surviving drafter of the Indian constitution.[2][3] He is a member of various national committees for the subject of history.[citation needed]
