B/SPOKE Studios is an indoor spin studio located in the Financial District in Boston, Massachusetts.[1] In 2015, B/SPOKE Studios won Best of Boston's Best Indoor Cycling Studio.[2] Classes involve a single instructor at the front of the class. The instructor is responsible for aligning music playlist and lighting visualization in order to motivate riders through various movements and positions including hill climbs, sprints and interval training. Riders can monitor average RPM, max RPM, average power, max power, total energy, distance in miles and number of calories burned during each class. These metrics are available after each class in the rider's online portal. Riders can also borrow a heart rate monitor from the front desk.[3]

Heated cycling[edit]
Also known as Hot Ride, Heated Cycling combines classic indoor cycling with a room heated to 84 degrees Fahrenheit. B/SPOKE was the first studio on the East Coast to offer a heated ride.[6] The Heated Cycling class increases the ability to burn fat, elevate the body's metabolism and allows the body to naturally detoxify itself. Heat has also been scientifically proven to not only trigger heightened athletic performance, but also strengthen the immune system.[7]
