- 1950 Originally Names Modern Supply Company - Founder John Young
- 1965 Re-branding to Bermuda Air Conditioning distribution Carrier air condition equipment across Bermuda
- 1977 Bermuda destroyed the location Dundonald Street East temporarily relocating to Atlantic Building on Par-la-Ville Road. Re-establishing on Spurling Hill
- 1992 Construction began to build new premise to meet the demand on Mills Creek Road in Pembroke
- 1994 Relocated warehouse, inventory, equipment, supplies, workshop and service department and the new office home of their employees
- 1995 Opened their doors to their showroom for patrons
- 2009 Mills Creek Ltd. a subsidiary of BAC Group of Company constructed 77,500-square foot building. Providing a combination of parking spaces, 11,360 square feet of rented net warehouse space, and short term apartment units
- 2015 BAC Group of Companies acquires Universal Electric[2]
