BOA Logistics (BOA) is a third-party logistics (3PL) company that provides domestic and Canadian freight transportation and logistics services. The services offered are refrigerated trucking, drayage, port pick ups, volume, truckload, less than truckload, and rail.

Magazine, ranking No. 167 on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America in 2015,[2] No. 1565 in 2016,[1] and No. 2453 in 2017.[1]

In 2015, the company ranked No. 35 in the list of Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Businesses of Los Angeles County-based companies in the Los Angeles Business Journal.[3]

In 2017, the company ranked No. 58 in the list of Top 100 Minority-Owned Businesses of Los Angeles County-based companies in the Los Angeles Business Journal.[4]

The company was founded in 2010 by Matthew Mugar and Walter Lopes in Culver City, CA in Mugar's childhood bedroom at his mother's house[2] during The Great Recession when the logistics industry was in decline from the economic recession, lower trade volumes, and industry consolidation.[5][6] The company headquarters were moved from the Washington Boulevard location to the Bristol Parkway location in the second quarter of 2017.
