Bahari Ibaadat is a Arab-Afghan-American model, known for her title as Miss Afghanistan in 2014, and as an Islamic studies researcher.[1][2]

Pageantry and modeling[edit]

In 2014, Ibaadat won the title of Miss Afghanistan, with the pageant held in Dubai due to Afghanistan's unstable situation.[3] She was also a top 7 finalist in Miss Asia Pacific 2014 Supertalent of the World Season 5 in South Korea[4] and competed in the Miss Washington pageant. Bahari remains the last Miss Afghanistan.

Awards and recognition[edit]

Notable recognitions include the "Islamic Scholar of the Year" in 2023.[citation needed]
