Bal Krishen Rathore is a UAE based billionaire businessman, investor and entrepreneur of Indian origin and the Chairman and CEO of Century Financial.[1][2][3] He was awarded the golden visa by the government of UAE.[4][5][6][7][8] He was listed in the top 100 inspiring leaders in the UAE by Arabian business.[9]
Early Life[edit]
Bal Krishen grew up in a small district in the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir as one of the nine siblings in a household with limited means. He started working at an early age to help his family. He was worked in the hospitality industry in Dubai during the start of his career.[10][11][11][12] In the year 1999, he met Sulaiman Baqer Mohebi, an Emirati entrepreneur and the then Chairman of Century Financial. Sulaiman gave Bal Krishen a role at his company. Bal Krishen started as a dealer in Century Financial in 1999 . Krishen looked after transactions across global exchanges. Later he became a Trader and Financial Analyst in the company and then went on to become the Chairman and CEO of the company.[13][14] [15][16]
Investments[edit]
Bal Krishen and his company Century Financial entered into an agreement with the government of India to invest 100 million dollars in Jammu & Kashmir.[17] [18]
