Balakrishna Kola (born 11 August 1992) is an Indian actor who works in the Tamil and Telugu film industries. Son of Editor Kola Bhaskar, he made his acting debut in Selvaraghavan's wife Geethanjali’s direction in Maalai Nerathu Mayakam.
Early life
Balakrishna Kola (born 11 August 1992) is an Indian film actor, born in Chittoor and brought up in Hyderabad, and his father is a leading film editor and distributor in both Kollywood and Tollywood. He is producing a film named *Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam* (Tamil), and the same film dubbed in Telugu is named *Nan Vadhali Neevu Polelevule*. He did his civil engineering from Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology and also did his degree in acting at Roshan Taneja Bombay. He is also trained in mixed martial arts and is a trained dancer.
Career
Balakrishna Kola's debut film Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam, directed by Geethanjali Selvaragaven and produced by his father, was critically acclaimed and appreciated by the press and media.

Critical reception
Balakrishna received generally positive reviews from critics. Writing for The Hindu, Sudhir Srinivasan said "Gitanjali opens the film with a line that goes, “It’s difficult to explain some love stories.” Well, perhaps if they were really love stories, they could be explained."[1]
